⇒ Trainer (m/f/d)

The range of duties stretches basically from planning to holding SCADA Product WinCC Open Architecture (WinCC OA) product trainings. Trainings are held both for customers and partners as well as for ETM professional control GmbH employees. Trainings are not only held in Eisenstadt, but also on-site (worldwide) at the customer´s location.
Being a trainer, your fundamental task lies both in the technical and professional presentation of WinCC OA content as well as in the professional behavior when representing ETM professional control GmbH
Your main tasks will be:
  • Independent organization of WinCC OA product trainings, incl. the coordination of participants
  • Holding trainings both in German as well as in English
  • Taking care of the participants´ needs during training and recess
  • Creation of individual training materials in the according training´s language, depending on training content and participants
  • Creating and updating the according participant lists
  • Issuing of WinCC OA training certificates
  • Preparation of participant feedback questionnaires and gathering feedback in the respective courses
  • Preparation and updating of a yearly training schedule in coordination with the other trainers
  • Technical and professional support during sales appointments
  • Coordinate and clarify product problems with the development department and schedule for fixing

Need to have:

  • A Higher Technical Education Institute, University of Applied Sciences or Technical University degree in automation, computer science or information technology
  • Basic programming skills (C or other similarly structured high-level language)

You will be responsible for securing our software quality within a dedicated Scrum Team.
